Perpignan prepares for the Déferlantes
The new version of Les Déferlantes will be unveiled to the general public this Thursday, July 7th. On the eve of this big launch, the organizers are making the final preparations so that the many activities are in place for the arrival of festival-goers.
New place, new identity. This year 2022 marks the official move of Les Déferlantes to the Château d'Aubiry, in Céret. To mark the occasion, David Garcia, co-director of Frontera productions, and his teams intend to make festival-goers dream.
Entertainment for all ages
With the doors opening at noon, the Déferlantes in their Aubiry version offer a wide range of activities for young and old, such as a Ferris wheel and a zip line at the foot of the castle. At the same time, the RiffX Experience Village, in the heart of the park and away from the stages, will allow you to discover new technologies in a calmer atmosphere. E-sport, gaming, flight simulator or virtual reality will be in the spotlight. On the sport side, it will be possible to learn about baseball, boxing/MMAor pétanque for the more adventurous. Others will be able to become a surgeon for a day thanks to a giant Maboul Doctor offered by the Elsan group.
